This will vary depending on what your order entails, once you have confirmed your requirements we will confirm this for you.

We do offer both services, the charges will depend on the length of time required for storage and what is involved in distribution.

Absolutely we should be able to, we would ask for samples of both before we can 100% confirm this.

Once your order has been produced it will be shipped on a next working day for small orders and 48 hour delivery for pallets. Charges will apply for next working day delivery via our pallet network.

Should there be a problem with your order please let us know as soon as possible. If the problem has been caused by one of our delivery partners we will raise a claim on your behalf. If you have provided us with the incorrect information such as wrong details for labelling or incorrect delivery address we absolutely can help you correct this but charges may apply.

If we have made an error of course we will rectify this for you free of charge.

The only additional cost will may be for a wooden pallet.
